Land and Property Planning Ltd were instructed by their client to submit a planning application to change the use of a residential annexe to an independent flat.
The annexe was subject to a planning condition which restricted the use to ancillary accomodation only to be used by relatives and friends.
The property is located within an established residential area of Newquay characterised by a mix of properties and in walking distance to schools, shops, employment, leisure and transport routes.
Newquay Town Council raised no objections and the planning officer raised no significant concerns to warrant refusal.
Planning permission approved on the 8th August 2017.
