Land and Property Planning Ltd were instructed on behalf of their client Stephens and Stephens Developers to produce a Planning Statement to support a S73 Application to vary condition 2 (approved plans condition) in respect of PA15/05495 (Proposed residential development for 14 apartments with associated access, parking, infrastructure and landscape amenity space).
The amendments included revised surface parking area to accomodate an additional 9 spaces (total 17); reposition and enlarge passing bays to existing access road; boundary; external materials and solar panels to the roof.
The development was near completion and generating a high level of interest from prospective purchasers.
Land and Property Planning Ltd were instructed by the client to liaise with the Local Planning Authority in order to progress the application to determination.
The client is delighted to say that today Planning Permission has been approved and the development now known as 'The Hideaway' is ready for occupation.
